I’ve been trained by Heidi for several years, first in person at a gym and now online via a tailored program. I have always found her incredibly responsive, supportive and knowledgeable. I specifically reached out to her because I wasn’t progressing by myself. With a weekly program especially designed for me I have been able to work on a lot of my weaknesses and have huge improvements, across both Olympic lifts and gymnastics. More importantly, all injury free!
